The online store sells products to adult private individuals and companies. Product prices are displayed excluding VAT (0%). A 24% VAT is added at checkout and is included in the final price. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details collected during the order process are used only for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it, unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the current delivery terms and conditions.

Payment and Payment Methods

Available payment methods include invoice, online payment, and Checkout.

When paying by invoice, a PDF invoice will be sent to the customer along with the order.

The payment methods provided by Checkout Finland include:

Finnish online bank payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank, Aktia Pankki, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, POP Pankki ja OmaSP.

Invoice and installment payments: Jousto, Collector Bank, OP Invoice, AfterPay.

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, American Express

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, including your order details. Please always check the contents of the confirmation.

If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available.

Also, always verify that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging. An estimate of delivery costs is shown in the shopping cart based on the primary available delivery method. Exact delivery costs are displayed after selecting the payment and delivery method at checkout.

Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the order. You can choose the most suitable delivery option at checkout, where the exact cost is displayed.

Available delivery methods:

Posti Small Parcel: from €4.30, max weight 2 kg. Fits through a mailbox. Delivery time 2–3 working days.

Posti Express Parcel: from €8.50. Delivery next working day between 9:00–16:00.

Posti Standard Parcel: from €5.90. Delivery time 1–3 working days.

Matkahuolto Home Delivery: from €11. Delivered between 8:00–16:00. Delivery time 1–3 working days.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery times within Finland are 2–7 days depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions are indicated if items are out of stock, and any delays will be communicated immediately after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from such delays. The online store will inform customers of any exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after receiving the last item or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision clearly (e.g. by letter or email). You may use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Unclaimed Parcel

Failure to collect a parcel is not the same as a return or cancellation. If a parcel is not collected and no cancellation notice has been submitted, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem Situations

If a product is lost, damaged during transport, or does not correspond to your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days using the contact details provided above or by calling customer service.

If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the delivery company you selected.
